Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) -INSTRUCTOR

(2 Year AHA Certification) Must successfully complete monitoring before AHA eCard will be issued.

Recommended for: All healthcare professionals and medical personnel who want to teach responding to cardiovascular emergencies.

The ACLS Class covers instructor essentials in the collowing areas:

• Recognition and early management of respiratory and cardiac arrest
• Airway Management
• ACLS Pharmacology
• Basic Life Support (BLS) review
• Management of acute coronary syndromes and stroke
• How to be both a leader and a team member in a resuscitation team

All associated instructor paperwork is discussed and explained including use of the PAM, agendas, rosters, and issuing cards.
